1. Reversible Bolt-on Cutting Edge (BOCE)
The Technology: Standardized with a high-strength, double-bevel cutting edge secured by heavy-duty grade 10.9 structural plow bolts.
The Benefit: Fabricated from NM400 wear steel. Instead of wearing down the bucket’s main lip, the operator simply unbolts the edge, flips it 180° (as it is double-bevel), and continues working—doubling the wear life and eliminating welding maintenance.
2. Low-Profile Compact Geometry
The Technology: Designed with an optimized, shallow profile that keeps the bucket floor’s pivot radius as close to the excavator stick pins as possible.

3. Integrated Dual-Dampening Side Cutters 
The Technology: Built with vertical NM400 side cutters and horizontal reinforcement plates welded to the lower side walls.
The Benefit: Protects the side plates from abrasive wear when rubbing against trench walls and provides clean, vertical cuts when profiling slopes.
4. Drainage / Escape Holes (Optional)
The Technology: Precision laser-cut drainage holes on the back and sides of the bucket.
The Benefit: Allows excess water to quickly escape when dredging riverbeds or cleaning wet ditches, ensuring you only haul and load solid material (soil/gravel) rather than heavy water weight, improving fuel efficiency.
5. Heavy-Duty Dual-Rib Tubing Reinforcement
The Technology: The upper rear torque tube and back floor are reinforced with cold-drawn structural steel pipes and thick wear-straps.
The Benefit: Keeps the wide bucket body perfectly rigid under full torsional load. It prevents bending or warping when the corners of the bucket strike roots or buried rocks on slopes.
