This rock bucket is specifically engineered for high-intensity operational environments, such as mining operations and the excavation of hard rock.
Structure and Materials: Featuring a robust, heavy-duty curved metal construction, the bucket is crafted from high-strength, wear-resistant steel, enabling it to withstand the severe impact and abrasion inherent in rock excavation. For high-wear areas, we select NM400–500 grade steel plates (HB400–500 hardness) and HS175–140 corner protectors to enhance the strength and rigidity of the bucket.
Operational Design Details:
The bottom and sides are fitted with multiple rows of protruding teeth, which enhance gripping power and facilitate the efficient breaking and scooping of hard materials.
Two circular lugs located at the top serve as connection points for the excavator’s boom and arm, ensuring operational stability during use.
The curved interior design minimizes material residue, thereby boosting excavation efficiency.
The shaped profile makes the rock bucket for stone blocks the perfect choice for handling blocks and rocks. Its particular design ensures better containment of material, hence more effective loading and handling.
Applicable Scenarios:** Primarily utilized in mining sites, quarries, and other environments requiring the excavation of hard rock, this bucket is also suitable for handling hard soil and rubble in general earthworks. Compared to standard buckets, it offers superior resistance to wear and impact, resulting in a significantly longer service life.
