Using forged 20CrMo alloy steel, our pistons are designed to withstand millions of high-frequency cycles without cracking or premature wear, ensuring maximum energy transfer to the chisel.
Manufacturing Excellence
Vacuum Heat Treatment: Every piston undergoes a proprietary vacuum heat treatment process to achieve an ideal balance between surface hardness (HRC 58-62) and core toughness.
High-Precision Grinding: We maintain a strict tolerance of 5–7 wires (0.05-0.07mm) using advanced CNC grinding machines. This ensures a perfect oil film seal and prevents “piston stuck” issues.
Liquid Nitrogen Cold Treatment: To stabilize the molecular structure and prevent dimensional changes during operation, all our pistons undergo deep-freeze treatment after hardening.
