Why PN400 Rating is Essential?
In hydraulic breaker auxiliary circuits, the sudden shock loads and pressure spikes can exceed 250 Bar. Standard low-pressure ball valves will fail or leak within hours. Our KHB Series Ball Valves are engineered for a PN400 rating, utilizing high-tensile carbon steel block construction and POM ball seals. This ensures a safe, absolute shut-off when switching between excavator attachments, protecting the operator and the hydraulic system from catastrophic blowouts.

Maintenance & Selection Guide
Check Threads: Before installation, ensure threads are clean. Use high-pressure hydraulic sealant or O-rings to prevent weeping leaks under 400 BPM vibration.
Switching Procedure: Always disable the auxiliary hydraulic pump before turning the valve handle to prevent seal “wash-out” due to high-velocity oil flow.
