In high-frequency hydraulic breaker operations (400-800 BPM), pipe clamps are the primary defense against fatigue cracks in hard-line pipelines. Our Hitachi-compatible pipe holders feature a Dual-Layer Damping System. The inner PP or rubber insert absorbs mechanical shock, while the heavy-duty twin-bolt steel clasp ensures the pipeline remains securely anchored to the boom, even under the 180-210 Bar surges common in ZX200/ZX330 auxiliary circuits.
Installation & Maintenance Guide
Installation Pro-Tip: To prevent line stress, space pipe clamps according to the pipeline diameter. For 1-inch lines on a Hitachi ZX330, a spacing of 1.2 to 1.5 meters is recommended. Ensure the welding plates are fully fused to the boom structure to prevent weld failure under resonance.
Maintenance: Check clamp bolt tension every 100 working hours. If the PP insert shows signs of melting or cracking, replace immediately to avoid direct metal-to-metal contact, which leads to pipeline erosion.
