Six-Sided Forged 20CrMo Cylinder: Our cylinders are manufactured from premium 20CrMo alloy steel using a rigorous six-sided forging process. Power control &Anti blank firing system
H-mode : Long stroke & Extra power, ABF is OFF. Mode used for hard rock breaking such as primary breaking, trench works and foundation works where the rock condition is constant. The excavator Hammer can be started without applying contact pressure to the working tool.

Frequency Adjustable Control: Easily switch between H-Mode (Max power for hard rock) and L-Mode (High frequency for soft rock/concrete) to optimize productivity based on site conditions.

L-mode :Short stroke & Maximum frequency, ABF is OFF· This mode is used for soft rock and semi-hard rock breaking.High impact frequency and normal power provides higher productivity andreduces strain on the hammer and the carrier.

X-mode : Long Stroke & Extra power, ABF is ON.This mode is used for hard rock breaking such as primary breaking, trenchwork, and secondary reduction works, where the rock condition is not constant.·In ABF (Anti-blank firing) working mode, it switches off the hammerautomatically and prevents the blank firing ,as soon as the material is broken.The hammer can be easily restarted when minimal contact pressure is appliedto the working tool.
The ABF system reduces strain on the hammer and the carrier.
