Forged 20CrMo Six-Sided Cylinder: Unlike standard cast bodies, our HWX1650 cylinder is manufactured using six-sided forged 20CrMo alloy steel, undergoing triple vacuum heat treatment. This achieves an ideal surface hardness (HRC 58-62) while maintaining the core toughness required for extreme mining impacts.
Independent Oil Return Protection: For 35-ton machines, we strictly implement an Independent Oil Return Line. This bypasses the control valve and returns oil directly to the tank, preventing hydraulic system overheating in 45°C+ high-temperature environments.
High-Pressure Accumulator Assembly: Equipped with a large-capacity accumulator that absorbs hydraulic shock pulses, protecting your excavator’s main pump and stabilizing the 150-300 bpm impact rate.
